 2. From PacerÕs MORE page, tap the MyFitnessPal icon

 3. Tap CONNECT, and follow the instructions to connect your account

How to share:

With auto-sync, any new activities or weights you record will be synced to MyFitnessPal after you create them.  Your daily activity will also be synced periodically throughout the day.

You can also tap the ÔSync NowÕ button from the MyFitnessPal page in Pacer to share your most recent data to MyFitnessPal.

What data is shared to MyFitnessPal:

1. Any manually input activity data is published as a cardio workout, including calories, time and activity type

2. Weight logs

3. Total daily calories --published as ÒPacer Calorie AdjustmentÓ

What is the "Pacer Calorie Adjustment"

Pacer will publish to MyFitnessPal an estimated total calorie expenditure each day based on your activity level.  This calorie expenditure is the sum of

1.    Total BMR (base metabolic rate, this is the same each day and is based on your weight, height, age and gender)

2.    Daily active calories recorded in Pacer (the number of calories shown on the activity page)

Based on your estimated calorie expenditure, your net calorie goal in MyFitnessPal may be adjusted accordingly.
